amy's thai heaven

after freezing our faces off at tiny world, we headed to carlisle to go to amy's thai cuisine. it was closed when we got there at 3:30 so we wandered around some antique stores until five when it opens up for dinner. when we walked in, this adorable little lady walked out (and i can only assume she was amy since she came from a room that said "amy's office") to say that she saw us pull up earlier in the red van and she was in the kitchen but she couldn't serve us because she's doesn't know how to work the cash register. awwwwww. she gave us free eggrolls as compensation though it really wasn't necessary. i got the pineapple curry with chicken and it was so baller. something about warm pineapple just hits the spot. corrie met up with us since we were in her hood and it ended up being a nice little faux family meal.
