seriously. look at this baby. so precious. james & i hung out with jen & miss audrey this past saturday. we hit up neato (third time in a week; and wouldn't you know the same friggin guy has made my burrito every time. he probably thinks i have a weird obsession with burritos. or him.) and caught up while miss thang ran around and provided entertainment. it's incredible that in a few months time she's gone from tentative standing to full blown walking, just cruising around, trying on her mom's shoes, and even picking up speed at times! she's also making noises! and smiling! and this child does not cry! (at least not for long- the giant buffalo head in neato freaked her out, understandably, and some fussiness ensued, but she really can't be blamed. it's a giant buffalo head mounted to the wall, watching you as you eat your burrito. it's definitely freaky. ) i babysat her this morning and she was so easy. she's just a chill little lady. she'll climb on chairs that don't rock and try to make them rock. she'll pretend to drink out of plastic cups. she'll clomp around the house in your shoes. and point to the dog every five seconds and very clearly say the dogs name (dia) just to remind you that there's a dog and it has a name. love this baby.
